Due to the nature of the products—perishable food and made-to-order catering services:
The Company does not offer refunds or returns (No Refunds / No Returns).

Refunds or returns are not provided in the following circumstances:
The customer has successfully placed an order and completed payment.
Food preparation has commenced or the order has been completed.
The customer cancels the order for personal reasons.
The customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact details.
The customer fails to collect a pickup order on time.
Delivery delays (caused by traffic, weather, or peak periods).
- Handling of Special Circumstances (Exceptions Only)
In rare instances, we may handle cases at our discretion:
Obvious order errors (e.g., duplicate charges by the system).
Severe damage to the food, verified to be the Company’s responsibility.
Order completely unfulfilled (neither prepared nor delivered).
The final decision regarding such cases rests with the Company.

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons:
No food or beverage items are eligible for return.
- Delivery Issues
The Company is not liable for refunds in cases of delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or failed deliveries.
